If you want to get more Twitter followers, there are certain things that you have to do to make others want to follow you.
Step 6 of the free guide to getting thousands of followers tells you that you need to start following people who are going to be interested in your tweets.
I showed you how you can do that manually using Twitter.com in this video.
However, there are a couple of problems with using Twitter.com when you use it to follow a large number of people. If you follow a few hundred people a day:
- You have to count manually how many people you followed. If you don’t count and you follow too many, Twitter will think that you are aggressively following others and will suspend your account.
- It takes time out of your schedule to do this everyday or every other day.
- If you don’t use Twitter.com and you use automated tools that bulk follow people (like Tweetadder), then you’re in violation of Twitter’s rules.
But what if I told you that there was a totally legit way for you to follow 100 people at a time in less than 10 seconds?
Hello ManageFlitter, I love you
I’ve been on Twitter for a few years now and I’ve tried a TON of different tools to help manage my network. By far, ManageFlitter is one of my favorite tools and I depend on it daily.
When it comes to bulk or mass following others on Twitter, there’s a hidden gem on ManageFlitter that’s often missed by a lot of people. That’s why I created this video that’s at the top of this blog post.
More awesome ManageFlitter perks
ManageFlitter is more than just a great tool to help you follow a lot of people on Twitter. With it you can also:
- Turn your tweet into a Power Post by allowing ManageFlitter to send your tweets when a majority of your followers are online
- Gives you great insights to see how successful your tweets are through analytics
- Unfollow those who aren’t following you back, fake accounts (spammers), inactive accounts and much more
- Use powerful search functionality to find relevant people who you should be following
- Ninja mode helps you combine powerful searches to find highly targeted Twitter users in your niche
What you can expect to pay for ManageFlitter

The adorable reason why I buy diapers
I’ve tried a number of premium tools to manage Twitter, many of them cost around $30 a month for their service.
After a while, it can get quite expensive especially when you have to pay for diapers like me :-).
So you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find out that ManageFlitter costs less than half of what other services charge you and it is one of the best tools out there.
ManageFlitter is $12/month.
Now I can manage my Twitter account without being in a rush to get my baby girl potty trained :-).
Do you need ManageFlitter?
I think that anyone who wants to use Twitter’s amazing social network to get more traffic back to their website, get more followers, or who wants to connect with others should use ManageFlitter.
If you’re thinking that you don’t need to use ManageFlitter to be successful on Twitter, just be sure that you know that it will take you 2-3 times more time for you to mass follow people on Twitter.
If you’re not sure why you should be mass following people on Twitter or if you don’t know what the advantages are to having thousands of followers, then read this post.
There are no contracts when signing up for a pro account with ManageFlitter, so if you don’t think it’s insanely awesome after trying it, just cancel your account.
You can also get a free account that will give you the ability to unfollow people only. But the true power is in the follow features that come with the pro account.

I use ManageFlitter myself for unfollowing. I love being able to unfollow inactive people as well as unfollowers and people who speak another language (because I can’t interact with them because of my own limitations, despite the fact that I’d like to be able to).
I think it’s a great tool to help people control the list of people they follow. I haven’t sprung for the paid version yet, but it probably won’t be too long until I drop Tweepi’s free service in favor of ManageFlitter b/c it’s so much better.
The one complaint I have is that it seems to take way too long to log in and get to your account. It’s nice that they have a fun animation and all, but I’d prefer that it just took me where I need to go instead of looking fun.

You are so right Paul. I also used to use Tweepi more than a year ago but it used to take up WAY too much of my time to get the results that I wanted. I’ve moved over to ManageFlitter and I’ve never looked back.
By the way, the reason that it takes a while to get to your account after you login is because you are using the free version. Once you upgrade to the premium version, your login is instantaneous.
By the way, I always read all of your blog post on ChurchMag, you always do such a great job 🙂 I’m going to start following you now on Trinity Digital Media. Looks pretty cool 🙂
Great post, thanks Peter! I’ve been considering making the switch from Tweepi to ManageFlitter as well but worry about all the follow/unfollow history being lost. When you made the switch, did ManageFlitter know who you’d previously followed/unfollowed? I presume it can’t know that. If that’s the case, won’t you likely and unknowingly end up refollowing people you previously followed and then unfollowed? And if that’s the case, won’t that raise red flags with Twitter and risk your account being frozen (from what I understand, repeatedly unfollowing and refollowing individuals frowned up)? Any thoughts or insights would be much appreciated, and apologies if I’m missing something and these are dumb questions. Cheers!
Sorry, meant to say “is frowned upon” not “frowned up”.
Sure Steve, those are some great questions. I’m not 100% sure if you switch to manage flitter if they will be able to find out who you previously followed or not. But I don’t think that’s going to be a problem because using manage flitter, they show you a list of people that you are currently following as well as a list of people who you are not following. So you can easily just highlight the people that you want to follow.
However Steve, I would wait another two weeks before making the switch. I just heard from the CEO of manager flitter that the bulk follow feature is going to be removed from manage flitter. Twitter is hunting down every single service that allows automated bulk follows. I’m not sure what Manage Flitter is going to be like but they said that they are going to make the switch before the middle of the month. So stay tuned 🙂
Thanks for your reply and thoughts Peter. And thanks for the heads-up on the ManageFlitter changes. It’ll be interesting to see what the service looks like afterward.
Keep up the good work on spreading the message of the good book!

Thanks so much Greg for your very encouraging feedback. I know what a busy schedule you have and I always love to have more people exposed to your thoughts through your writing because they always make me think.
Great post with helpful video to bulk follow people on twitter. ManageFlitter is great tool to help you follow a lot of people on Twitter. I really appreciate your effort to make this good post .
Thank you so much for your very kind words, you’re awesome! I hope this video helps you, I use ManageFlitter every day 🙂
Hi Peter, thanks for the video, blog post and the kind words. Wishing you much success with your Twitter initiatives! Kevin – CEO ManageFlitter
You are most welcome Kevin, you guys are doing such a fantastic job with ManageFlitter! It is by far one of the best tools I’ve ever used and I have tried out all of the popular ones. I also love your enthusiasm for your continued initiative to make ManageFlitter better. Keep up the great work 🙂
Hi Peter a,
I been using Manageflitter free for a while and consider buying the Pro-version. I usually follow 1000 ppl each day manually using twitter.com. Can I do that with manageflitter too? Or does twitter see it as more spammy to follow with a app?
Thanks
You can do it with ManageFlitter Victor. I use it all the time and the advantage to using ManageFlitter is that it saves you a ton of time. It’s worth the $12 a month in my opinion.

I think this feature has been disabled. 🙁
Yes, you are correct. At the top of this article I wrote that this feature is no longer available. I also include a link to a newer blog post in which I cover the new features that compensate for this. The link is at the top of this blog post if you are interested.
Many thanks 🙂
Thanks for the post But I have been using TwtDominator for this purpose,
Been working great Has Mass follow, Unfollow, and Even Scrape feature to get lists too
Hi Ashutosh, thank you for sharing that you use TwtDominator. So I went and I checked them out and it seems like this is software that you have to install on your computer. If that is the case, then one potential downfall could be that you always have to have your computer on and that it could slow down your computer.
There are some features in ManageFlitter that don’t seem to be available in TwtDominator. For example, one feature that I use every day is to find people who haven’t posted on Twitter in the last 30 days and who have become inactive. Does TwtDominator have this feature?
Also, would you happen to know how much it costs for the lifetime subscription? I clicked on the button on their page but their website was down this morning.
i think it is hard work, some time i used freelancer get followers, yesterday i used this site,www.socialhutservice.com, not bad, but cost is high
