In the free guide to getting thousands of Twitter followers, two of the seven steps that you’re shown on how to grow your twitter following is learning how to follow and unfollow the right people.
By following and unfollowing the right people and doing the rest of the guide, you’re going to have a winning recipe for success.
One of the questions that I often get asked is, “How do I find people that I should follow on Twitter who will follow me back? Â And how can I find more of them?”
In today’s blog post, you’ll get the answer.
You’ll find out how to get a never-ending stream of the right people to follow on Twitter, who will be highly likely to follow you back.
Just a reminder though, that just following and unfollowing people isn’t going to help you to reach your full potential of getting followers on Twitter.
You need to do all of the other steps in the guide, and one of the most important ones is step 5, how to create a winning tweeting strategy.
Example
To give you an example, let’s make up a fictional Christian blogger and we’ll call him Jack.
Jack has a ministry that feeds the homeless, and he blogs at JesusLovesTheHomeless.com.
Jack wants to get more followers on Twitter so that more people can get resources to feed the homeless in his city. Â He also wants people to donate to his own ministry.
He knows that blogging and getting the right people to his blog is going to help him achieve his goal.
Identifying the Audience
Who is Jack’s audience?
Jack’s audience are other Christians because he knows that our Lord cares deeply for the “least of these”, and that He calls them brothers.
The more that Jack can attract Christians to visit his blog, the more likely that they will engage in his cause.
Who Do Christians Follow Online?
So now Jack begins to think, “Who do Christians follow online?”
They probably follow pastors, churches, ministries, and other Christian accounts.
So Jack is going to follow the followers of pastors, churches, and ministries.
A Never Ending Stream of Twitter Accounts
So just like what Jack is about to do, you need to do the same thing that I’m about to show you.
The only difference is that you need to replace your own target audience, if it’s different.
1) Â Log in to your Twitter account
2) Â In the Who To Follow suggestion box on the right or left side, click on Popular Accounts.
The link used to be called Browse Categories until Twitter recently changed it.
4) Â From the list of categories that show up, scroll all the way down until you find Faith and Religion.
Here you will find a list of suggestions of people to follow.
Check out those Twitter profiles and find out if your target audience is following any one of these famous people.
5) Â Follow the followers of those who are following these popular accounts just like I show you in this video.
6) Â Then for your never-ending stream, you can follow the followers of those who are following that famous person.
So going back to our example, Jack goes to Pastor Steve Mays (my pastor) Twitter page to follow his followers.
Jack finds Adepoju following Pastor Steve and after reading Adepoju’s bio, Jack realizes that he can also follow Adepoju’s followers because they are most likely Christians as well.
Also, there is a Who to Follow suggestion box to your left or right (depending on your profile) that will help you find more people to follow.
Next Action Step
I know that this strategy will work and it’s the most powerful when you do along with the steps found in the free guide to getting thousands of Twitter followers.
I’ve use the steps in the guide to get the more than 100,000 followers.

Great tip. I was wondering whose followers I’d follow after I finished following @craiggroeshel’s followers.
Thanks, I hope that helps Paul 🙂
LOL, yeah Paul, Craig Groeshel does have a lot of followers but I’m sure you’re going to run out sooner or later 🙂
